Arca dell'arte Museum The Arca dell’Arte Museum was assembled to recall the extraordinary episode which saw Sassocorvaro’s Fortress during the second world war, as protagonist. Situated on the floor once pertaining to nobles, the museum was created with its content distinctively didactic; the aim of bringing nearer to art those who are not familiar with it and to make them appreciate the value of art and culture. Within the museum, all the works of art which were saved and which found refuge within the Ubaldinesca Fortress, have been systematically documented. The reproductions of the works of art saved, true to their originals, are also exhibited. |
